00 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Perform data entry tasks to input customer information into the system Experience - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong communication skills in English (Spanish language skills a plus) - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide clear explanations - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Sales experience or ability to upsell products is desirable Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.
