is hiring for a Resident Services Coordinator.
Experience in property management and government aid programs is preferred, but not required.
Applicants should possess good oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills as well as knowledge in computer literacy.
Necessary Skills:
Knowledge of service programs and educational methods.
Ability to plan and manage programs, events, and outings.
Ability to help residents complete and submit applicatons for various aid programs.
Help the apartment leasing office with special projects and administrative tasks.
Comply with all Fair Housing laws, practices, and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to identify problems, organizational needs, and opportunities for change.
Participate in the change proactively.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent Experience in property management, preferred 1-2 years customer service experience Bilingual Requirements:
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Strong administrative & organizational skills Excellent verbal & written communication The ability to multi-task Analytical & problem solving skills Ability to speak effectively to all clients Ability to write clear and professional business correspondence Professional attire and demeanor.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
