We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions - Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival - Conduct night audit duties as required
Experience:
