We strive to provide our employees with a safety-driven work environment and establish a culture of caring emphasizing integrity, accountability, superior work ethic, professional development, and family values JOB OBJECTIVE The HR Coordinator will provide overall human resource administrative and technical support for a wide range of employee related projects, to include multi-craft disciplines.
Performs high volume of data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
Performs all functions and responsibilities in partnership with the company's culture, corporate vision, ethics and code of conduct.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure compliance with all internal and external record keeping requirements, with emphasis on accurate reporting Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs Assisting in effective on-boarding process Paperwork Applications I9 verifications Sorting/Distributing pay checks (when applicable) Contacting references and performing background requests Assisting with implementation of company policies Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and duties Conducting or helping with new employee orientation Keeping process paperwork and employment records updated, filed, and/or stored appropriately Perform additional assignments as directed by superiors or as required for successful project completion.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal:
VP Human Resources, office staff, Manager HSSE, Operational Staff External:
DISA, Vendors REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of related work experience in Human Resource related role.
Working knowledge of company computer systems and required software.
Must have comprehensive understanding of human resource regulations and the application of loss control measures.
KNOWLEDGE Communication skills:
Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively, while paying careful attention to concerns and questions from employees and job applicants.

When ensuring the workplace is compliant with labor standards and when maintaining records regarding employee grievances, and performing background checks Interpersonal skills:

Human Resource certification (preferred) Bi-lingual - Spanish (preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
