Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new location coming soon.
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support - Recruit, interview, and hire new team members - Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets - Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability - Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations - Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability
Experience:
