Founded in 2012, USA DeBusk currently has field offices in 24 cities and continues to provide services internationally Summary/Objective:
The Chemical Cleaning Technician will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of the whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials, emergency response, and handling chemicals.
Responsibilities:
Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment such as low-pressure, high-volume pumps and circulators in accordance with operational, training, guidelines, and safety procedures.
Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heaving industrial settings.
Install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, chemical circulators, and general work area prior to starting any job.
Inform supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent General labor experience is a plus.
Experience in chemical cleaning chemistry is a plusMust be able to travel for extended periods of timeValid driver's license or identification cardCDL (Class A preferred) Respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon.
Ability to work for extended periods of time within a confined space, in extreme temperature environments and at high elevation.
Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating proceduresAbility to understand and follow specific procedures and directions.
Ability to lift, move and handle up to 50lbs.
Physical RequirementsPhysically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Physically capable to stand and/or walk continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
Physically capable to climb, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously.
